PARTICIPATION HOUSE MARKHAM WELCOMES NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ROSS STE-CROIX
The Board of Directors for Participation House Markham is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ross Ste-Croix as our new Executive Director, following a comprehensive and thoughtful search.
Raised in Montreal, Ross holds a Bachelor of Education from McGill University and a Master of Arts from the University of Ottawa. He began his professional career in sports management, spending a decade leading provincial and national sport organizations in progressively more senior level roles before serving with the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport.
With this foundation, Ross focused his career on senior executive leadership in the disability sector as Executive Director of WindReach Farm and Chief Operating Officer and Interim President & Chief Executive Officer of the Abilities Centre.
A person-centred and collaborative leader, Ross is recognized for his strategic approach to organizational growth and his ability to build strong partnerships across sectors. He brings extensive expertise to Participation House Markham in key areas, including:

• Program Development
