Participation House Markham is a charity that helps adults with physical and developmental disabilities. We provide special care, assisted living, and tailored programs in a supportive home. Since 1972, we've worked to improve lives by empowering people with diverse abilities. Our staff is highly trained and compassionate.

Our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and nursing team are the foundation for PHM’s high-quality care. PSWs are trained to offer personalized support with kindness and professionalism, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. The nursing team is committed to excellence, providing medical expertise, continuous care, and advocacy. They work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for all residents.
