Our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and nursing team are the foundation for PHM’s high-quality care. Our PSWs are trained to offer personalized support with kindness and professionalism, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Our nursing team is committed to excellence, providing medical expertise, continuous care, and advocacy. They work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for all residents. Working alongside our PSWs and nurses are our maintenance, housekeeping, and food services staff, all supported by a dedicated administrative team.
