Navina joined PHM in April 2024 as our Health and Safety Coordinator and has quickly become a cornerstone of our community. Her dedication to ensuring the wellbeing of everyone is both inspiring and deeply valued. As one colleague shared, “Navina’s commitment to ensuring everyone’s safety and well-being in the workplace is truly inspiring and deeply appreciated.” She approaches her role with meticulous attention to detail, making sure protocols are followed and risks are managed with care.
Beyond her expertise, Navina’s approachable and supportive nature makes her stand out. Staff consistently note how she is always willing to listen, answer questions, and provide reassurance. “Navina’s approachable nature and willingness to address concerns make it so much easier for everyone to feel safe and supported,” another colleague added.
